At Real Sunnies, we strive to make purchasing and returning as easy as possible and would like to thank you for being a customer of ours! At this time, we only offer US shipping but are hoping to expand in the future. Please know, that through this site we use Amazon’s FBA services and will work with you to help your return or exchange go smoothly. To ensure that our customers have the best experience and because we are confident in our products we offer a 1-year warranty on all purchases.
We will accept returns that are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition it was received. If you would like to return your item, we must receive your request within 30 days of receipt of delivery.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return. After you have submitted a return request we will send you a PDF of a return shipping label. Please print it out and attach it to your return package. This does not cover return postage.
Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 4 days. Every form of payment is different and the amount of time it takes to show up in your bank statement may vary.
We cannot personally issue an exchange for you but once your return has been processed please log back in to realsunnies.com and order your next pair. If you have any questions regarding purchasing your next item please email us at email@example.com.

If the item is marked “final sale,” it does not qualify for a return and cannot be refunded.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your item.

WHAT IS COVERED BY WARRANTY (EXAMPLES):
- Delamination, peeling, or bubbling of lens cover
- Premature flaking or chipping of wood or metal frames
- Defects of hinges or nose piece
WHAT IS NOT COVERED (EXAMPLES):
- Normal wear and tear of sunnies (i.e. scratches on lens or frames)
- Damage caused by accident, abuse, neglect, or improper storage of sunnies
- Damage caused by hairspray, cologne, alcohol or any other chemicals
- Installation of other lenses
(All warranty claims will be reviewed and differ from case to case)
